Job Summary
Drive store sales goals by leading Flow initiatives, optimizing productivity, and ensuring effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions. Engage customers daily with genuine connection, product education, and friendly service while resolving needs quickly to maintain satisfaction. Execute front and back-of-house procedures including visual merchandising, daily replenishment, and shipment processing to keep the store clean and operating efficiently. Protect the daily schedule in partnership with leadership, prioritizing business strategy and peak trading periods.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, or moving items of up to approximately 10-15kg, in a safe manner
- Ability to carry out physical duties associated with a retail environment, including bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing ladders where required
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods during a shift
- Employees are scheduled to work in accordance with a roster determined by the Company, based on operational requirements. This may include weekends and public holidays.
- Employees are expected to demonstrate flexibility in their availability and support key peak trading periods, promotional events, and seasonal demands as required by the business.

- Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
