Job Summary
Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO's Flow initiatives, optimizing productivity, and educating customers on product features, fabric, and care. Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions, visual merchandising, and daily replenishment while resolving client needs quickly. Build daily client relationships, analyze reports to strategize on growth opportunities, and protect the store schedule in partnership with leadership. Execute front and back-of-house procedures, maintain a clean and safe environment, and confidently introduce the ALO business model including Retail, Yoga, and Café. Work up to 30 hours weekly with a minimum 4-hour shift, adhering to company policies and Blackout period requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Part-Time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, based on the needs of the business, for a shift minimum of 4 hours
- Full-Time non-exempt associates are expected to have open availability, 7 days a week, between 32 - 40 hours
- All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January)
