Job Summary
Sales Associate (Part-Time) at ALO in Greenwich, CT. Responsible for achieving store sales goals, delivering authentic guest experience, educating customers on product, brand mission, and community and culture. Demonstrates product knowledge across Retail, Yoga, and Café, collaborates with leadership to analyze reports and implement action plans, ensures effective store coverage and merchandising, communicates store goals and initiatives, and assists with shipments and daily replenishment. Requires constant movement on the sales floor and back of house; physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing a ladder. Strong customer service mindset and teamwork are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
- Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
- Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
