Job Summary
Part-time Sales Associates are responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service, ensuring the store reflects the company’s brand promise. Essential responsibilities include generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, assisting in-store events, training new associates, and maintaining store operations. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for making people happy, and the ability to work flexible schedules. A customer service background is preferred, along with the ability to effectively receive and communicate feedback.
