Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and perform daily retail store operations for Goodwill Keystone Area. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, handling cash register and credit/debit transactions, organizing and rotating merchandise with attention to visual presentation, representing the organization positively, participating in events, promoting workplace safety, and communicating progress to the Customer Service Manager. The role requires the ability to read, write, and speak English, basic math, and a neat appearance, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a part-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- POS experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, hear, and speak
- Ability to perform simple math
- Ability to operate cash register and credit/debit machines
- Ability to speak English to interact with donors and customers
- Must present a neat and positive appearance
- Must be able to identify clothing sizes and gender specific differences
- Must be able to work flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends
