Job Summary
To provide excellent customer service and perform necessary duties in the daily operations of a Goodwill Keystone Area retail store. Duties include greeting and assisting customers, handling cash and credit/debit transactions, organizing and rotating merchandise for an attractive sales floor, participating in programs/events, promoting Goodwill's mission, ensuring store safety, and communicating with the Customer Service Manager. No formal education is required; POS experience is preferred. Must be 18+ with flexible scheduling across all store hours. Requirements include ability to read/write, basic math, operating cash/debit machines, English proficiency, neat appearance, identifying clothing sizes/gender differences, and ability to stand for long periods and lift light items. Required Qualifications
