Job Summary
Part-time Sales Associate in Chicago delivering an elevated in-store experience and exceptional customer service to support sustainable fashion goals. Responsibilities include meeting/exceeding sales goals, driving clientele generation through customer engagement, embodying the brand as a ambassador, educating customers on sustainability, maintaining inventory accuracy, contributing to loss prevention, and upholding store standards and attendance. Must contribute to an engaging store environment, share product knowledge with enthusiasm, and adapt to a fast-paced schedule (minimum 20 hours/week, availability across 3 days/week with weekends). Compensation ranges from $16-$25 hourly, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
