Job Summary
As a Part-Time Sales Associate, the primary responsibility is to assist management in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Duties include generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, contributing to team development, and ensuring adherence to company standards in merchandising. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and a passion for the brand. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, as is the ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
