Job Summary
Drive store sales goals by leading Flow initiatives, optimizing productivity, and ensuring effective sales floor coverage through daily customer engagement and relationship building. Educate guests on product features, fabric, and care while introducing the full ALO business model including retail, yoga, and café. Analyze reports to strategize on deficient areas and support leadership action plans, while managing front and back-of-house procedures, visual merchandising, and shipment processing. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment through constant movement across the store. Part-time associates work up to 30 hours weekly with a 4-hour minimum; full-time roles require 7-day availability between 32-40 hours. Base pay ranges from $18.00-$20.00 hourly in Newport Beach, CA, with eligibility for monthly store incentives and a clothing allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Part-Time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week
- Full-Time non-exempt associates are expected to have open availability, 7 days a week, between 32 - 40 hours
- All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January)
