Job Summary
Greet and assist customers and donors with merchandise selection, suggestion selling, and cashiering in a courteous manner. Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions while closing out drawers and balancing point of sale systems. Perform floor maintenance, restock merchandise, and maintain a clean work environment. Support team members and supervisors as needed, communicate via store audio systems, and report any safety hazards or accidents. This part-time role offers a $17.13 hourly rate with access to a health plan, retirement savings options, and paid vacation.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalency
- Ability to learn new technology and software as related to the job
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Developed fine motor control (grasp, handle, manipulate objects with fingers)
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting
- Pushing

- Ability to travel across a variety of surfaces (stairs, ramps, uneven terrain)
