Job Summary
Embody Glossier's core values while leading inclusive, interactive product engagement through demonstrations, applications, and routine building. Master the entire product portfolio to provide expert recommendations and nurture relationships with new and repeat customers via consistent clienteling. Operate in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments, assisting with coverage, restocking inventory, managing shipments, and maintaining store facilities and equipment. Lead meaningful interactions during in-store events and master selling behaviors to meet business objectives while adhering to safety standards and confidentiality protocols. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, collaborating with store leadership to communicate feedback on inventory and customer experience.
Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to show empathy and understanding while still driving action
- Driven by operational excellence, understanding the logistics of a retail operation in order for the customer experience to be one that is operationally seamless and memorable
- Desire and willingness to roll up your sleeves and jump in when the situation requires it
