Job Summary
As a Sales Associate, you will assist the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's vision of positivity and engagement. Responsibilities include generating sales, developing customer relationships, assisting with training new associates, and maintaining store operations and merchandising standards. You should have strong interpersonal skills, a team-focused attitude, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. This part-time role offers competitive pay within the range of $16.34 to $17.40 per hour and includes opportunities for promotions and a fun, energetic work environment.
