Job Summary
Greet customers, engage in product conversations, and drive sales while advising on wine, spirits, and beer. Maximize inventory by processing freight, organizing merchandise, building displays, and fulfilling orders for in-store and curbside pick-up. Deliver products safely if assigned, ensuring adherence to alcohol sales laws and store safety standards. Maintain knowledge of promotions and loyalty programs while completing cross-functional duties as needed. Requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years of retail experience, and ability to work flexible evening and weekend shifts. Must be 21 years old and able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-10 hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Must be able to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Must be able to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Must be able to abide by all traffic and safety laws
- Must be able to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol
