Job Summary
As a Sales Associate, you will assist the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service while maintaining the store's atmosphere of 'Every Day Should Feel This Good'. Responsibilities include generating sales, developing customer relationships, leading email capture efforts, training new associates, maintaining merchandise controls, and ensuring loss prevention awareness. The role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for customer satisfaction. Flexibility in scheduling is essential.
