Job Summary
Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. The Sales Associate will generate sales, develop customer relationships, support in-store events, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities include helping train new associates, maintaining store operations, and ensuring merchandising standards. Candidates must have strong communication skills, a customer service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours.

- Ability to stand and/or move around for extended periods of time
