Job Summary
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and supporting the management team. You will generate sales, develop relationships with customers, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. The role includes training new associates, maintaining merchandise standards, assisting in recruiting, and fostering a fun team atmosphere. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a customer service-oriented mindset and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
