Job Summary
Deliver exceptional in-store experiences and world-class service as a Crocs Sales Associate. responsibilities include educating customers about products, participating in in-store promotions and events, supporting daily retail operations (POS, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, cleanliness, recovery standards), collaborating with store management to drive sales and KPIs, adhering to asset protection policies, and contributing to a positive team environment. Requires 16+ years, 1–2 years retail experience, English fluency, willingness to work a rotating schedule (nights/weekends/holidays), and basic computer/POS proficiency. The role is aligned to in-person retail at the Singapore location with a flexible hybrid/in-office Persona structure described as Resident for in-office requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
- Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email; ability to operate retail POS system
- Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
