Job Summary
Assists the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Responsible for meeting sales goals, developing customer relationships, ensuring store reflects brand vision, and contributes to crew development. Supports operations, maintains merchandise controls, and helps in maintaining a clean store. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility in schedule, and a passion for customer satisfaction. No prior retail experience is necessary.
