Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly by building relationships, making product recommendations, and processing transactions to drive sales and meet store objectives. Maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery, stock replenishment, and adherence to merchandise presentation standards. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism while following asset protection procedures and safety guidelines. Demonstrate ownership of personal goals, store priorities, and assigned tasks including store fulfillment and promotional set support. Apply suggestive selling techniques to enhance the shopping experience and foster customer loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Comfortable with technology, including smart phones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems
