Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while providing personalized service, product recommendations, and transaction processing. Apply suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and maintain visually appealing merchandise presentations through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Handle inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism while supporting store operations with pricing, promotional sets, and asset protection procedures. Process transactions accurately, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to a positive store culture by building connections with teammates. Maintain product knowledge by leveraging training tools and staying informed on promotions and policies. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Comfortable with technology, including smart phones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems
