Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while providing personalized service and applying suggestive selling techniques to drive sales. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns, and maintain visually appealing merchandise presentations through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Demonstrate ownership by achieving personal goals, supporting store operations with pricing and product placement, and following asset protection procedures. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, requiring the ability to move throughout all store areas and lift up to 40 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Comfortable with technology, including smart phones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems
