Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly by providing personalized service, applying suggestive selling techniques, and building genuine relationships to drive sales. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Demonstrate ownership of personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities while supporting store operations with pricing, promotional sets, and asset protection procedures. Follow safety guidelines and security protocols to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize risk. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Must be at least 16 years old
