Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly by providing personalized service, making product recommendations, and processing transactions accurately. Maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery, stock replenishment, and adherence to merchandise presentation standards. Demonstrate ownership of store objectives by applying suggestive selling techniques, handling inquiries and returns professionally, and supporting store operations with pricing, promotional sets, and product placement. Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize risk. Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections with teammates and continuously boosting product knowledge through training tools and feedback. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, while regularly moving around all store areas and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Comfortable with technology, including smart phones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems
