Job Summary
Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness studios in Arden-Arcade. Drive membership sales and renewals, retail and concession sales, and member retention while delivering an exceptional, friendly, and inclusive member experience. Responsibilities include greeting and guiding guests, answering questions, performing client intake and membership forms, processing credit card transactions, hosting studio tours, maintaining a clean and safe studio, and collaborating with the Fitness Team. Requires high-energy, goal-oriented service with strong communication, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and availability for daytime/weekend/evening shifts. Required Qualifications
