Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service, build a loyal customer base, and gather and manage CRM data to ensure high-quality customer information. Contribute to achieving location performance targets and individual KPIs while handling transactions, complaints, and returns with efficiency and professionalism. Support operations for loss prevention and stock management, utilizing business systems and latest technology effectively. Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop your skills and drive adherence to procedures and policies. This part-time role at HUGO York requires previous retail experience and strong commercial acumen within the premium fashion industry.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience
