Job Summary
SALES ASSOCIATE role in Glyfáda (part-time 20 or 30 hours/week) focusing on customer service and driving sales in a jewelry/accessories retail setting. Responsibilities include understanding product features, assisting customers in selecting pieces that reflect their personality, applying sales techniques across online and offline channels, contributing to meeting individual and store sales targets, maintaining high levels of customer service, collecting customer feedback, handling customer service issues (complaints, returns, orders), supporting store organization and back-office upkeep, participating in inventory checks and internal stocktaking, contributing to Visual Merchandising efforts, upholding confidentiality, and supporting sustainability initiatives. Requires strong service orientation, teamwork, flexibility/adaptability, results-driven mindset, basic MS Office knowledge, and proficiency in Greek and English.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a related retail role is desirable but not required.
