Job Summary
Sell tanning services and skincare products at Palm Beach Tan in San Marcos, TX. Meet sales goals, consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure company and legal requirements are met. Maintain a clean and organized salon, handle cash, and complete daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, and possess retail/customer service experience. Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and be flexible with availability including nights and weekends. Palm Beach Tan is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.
