Job Summary
Sales Associate to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals through professional, upbeat customer consultations. Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning, ensure compliance with company and legal requirements, maintain a clean salon, handle cash and daily administrative paperwork, and track goals in a team-oriented, commission-driven environment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, strong verbal/written communication, retail/customer service experience, ability to stand for long periods (7+ hours), lift up to 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Starting pay is $16.90/hour plus commission; benefits include discounts on tanning and skincare products, flexible schedule, and 401k with employer match.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
