Job Summary
Deliver professional, friendly customer service; build and maintain long-term client relationships; educate clients on skincare products, memberships, equipment, and services; meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals; maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Qualifications include customer service and/or sales experience (retail preferred, not required), strong communication and people skills, goal-oriented mindset with motivation to earn commission, ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends), and reliable transportation and punctuality.
