Job Summary
Sales Associate at Palm Beach Tan responsible for meeting sales goals and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include consulting with customers, educating on the Golden Rules of Tanning, maintaining a clean salon, cash handling, opening/closing duties, and daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, strong verbal/written communication, retail/customer service experience, ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights/weekends. Part-time role with commission opportunities and flexible schedules in Saratoga Springs, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
