Job Summary
Sales Associate at Palm Beach Tan responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring all company and legal requirements are met, maintaining a clean and organized salon, cash handling and opening/closing the business, daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, strong verbal and written communication, proven retail/customer service experience, ability to stand for 7+ hours, lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Offers a very competitive hourly rate with unlimited commission opportunity, benefits for full-time associates, and a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours)
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
