Job Summary
Sales Associate at Palm Beach Tan in Schertz, TX. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals and consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner while educating them on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring all company and legal requirements are met. Maintain a clean and organized salon, handle cash, manage opening/closing duties, and complete daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking. Ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and motivated to achieve sales targets in a commission-driven environment; requires excellent communication skills, retail/customer service experience, physical stamina for long hours, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
