Sales Associate

Sales Associate needed at Palm Beach Tan to meet sales goals in a commission-driven retail environment. Responsibilities include consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner; educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring company and legal requirements are met; maintaining a clean, organized salon; cash handling and opening/closing the store; daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking. Ideal candidate is highly motivated to achieve sales goals, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proven experience in a retail/customer service environment. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and have flexible availability including nights and weekends.
