Job Summary
Sales Associate at Palm Beach Tan responsible for meeting sales goals in a commission-driven environment, consulting with customers, educating on tanning services (Golden Rules of Tanning) and ensuring company and legal requirements are met. Maintains a clean and organized salon, handles cash, opening/closing duties, and completes daily administrative paperwork while tracking goals. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, strong verbal/written communication, retail/customer service experience, ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
