Job Summary
Sales Associate at Palm Beach Tan responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements, maintaining a clean salon, handling cash and daily administrative tasks, and tracking goals. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, retail/customer service experience, ability to stand for long periods, ability to lift 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights/weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day

- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
