Job Summary
Sales Associate at Palm Beach Tan responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring company and legal requirements are met. Maintain a clean and organized salon, handle cash, open/close the business, and manage daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, proven retail/customer service experience, ability to stand/bend/walk 7+ hours, lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Part-time role with flexible schedules, generous commission opportunities, and benefits such as health insurance and paid vacation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day)
