Job Summary
Delivers an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience while focusing on full-price selling and maintaining visual standards. Handles escalated situations in compliance with policy, executes assigned tasks efficiently, and adheres to all company policies, including loss prevention procedures. Actively participates in store contests, supports leadership in achieving sales and operational goals, and executes digital sales strategies such as ship-from-store and BOPIS. Upholds the PacSun brand by demonstrating passion for fashion trends and contributing to a positive working environment. This part-time role requires 20-40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in math
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week

- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
