Job Summary
Delivers an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience by focusing on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions. Handles escalated situations in compliance with policy, executes visual directives, and upholds cleanliness standards to maximize the customer experience. Actively participates in store contests, stays current on financial goals, and supports leadership in achieving sales and operational targets. Executes digital sales strategies including ship-from-store and BOPIS, shares customer feedback to improve the experience, and reflects the PacSun brand through passion for fashion and trends. This part-time role requires 20-40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to climb ladders as needed
- Must be able to regularly talk or hear
- Must be able to frequently sit
