Job Summary
Delivers an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience while focusing on full-price selling and maintaining visual standards. Handles escalated issues in compliance with policy, executes assigned tasks efficiently, and upholds all company policies including loss prevention procedures. Actively participates in store contests, stays current on financial goals, and supports digital sales strategies like ship-from-store and BOPIS. Upholds the brand's fashion image through adherence to appearance guidelines and demonstrates passion for product and trends. Works part-time, 20-40 hours per week, with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in math
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week

- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
