Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales through passion for products and trends, delivering an engaging customer experience, and executing assigned tasks effectively. Key responsibilities include providing support to the leadership team to achieve sales goals, maintaining visual standards, complying with company policies, participating in store contests, and improving personal performance. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication and time management skills. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is required. This is a part-time position with an expectation of 20-40 hours per week.
