Job Summary
Engage customers with friendly rapport, listen to their needs, and recommend products using strong selling techniques to drive sales. Process transactions accurately via the point of sale system while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor through stocking and visual merchandising. Assist with loss prevention efforts, resolve customer inquiries promptly, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations. This role requires greeting customers warmly, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the store, including fitting rooms.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in interpersonal communications and customer service
- Working knowledge of selling techniques and product knowledge
- General knowledge of point of sale systems and cash handling
- Ability to perform basic general mathematics for transactions
- Proficiency in the English language
- Proven ability to greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome
- Capacity for lifting ability as required for stocking and merchandising
