Sales Associate at PacSun responsible for generating sales through passion for product, brands, fashion and trends while delivering an engaging customer experience. Executes initiatives from leadership, uplifts customer service, and supports digital sales strategies (ship from store, BOPIS). Maintains visual standards, organization, cleanliness, and adherence to policies. Performs tasks efficiently, collaborates with the store team, supports achievement of sales and operational goals, and contributes to a positive working environment. Must demonstrate strong communication, time management, and computer skills, and be flexible to work a part-time schedule including weekends and holidays. The role emphasizes customer-centric service, brand representation, and loss-prevention compliance.
