Job Summary
Sales Associate position in a fast-paced retail environment focused on delivering excellent customer service, product knowledge, and a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, guiding product selection, processing POS transactions with cash handling, stocking and merchandising displays, meeting sales goals using selling techniques, handling customer inquiries, contributing to loss prevention, and maintaining store organization. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with POS systems, effective English communication, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, basic math, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Emphasis on teamwork, organization, and adherence to loss prevention procedures.
Required Qualifications

- Working knowledge of cash handling procedures
- General knowledge of retail sales principles
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
