Job Summary
Greet all guests with a friendly smile, select and help locate merchandise based on guest needs, and provide prompt recommendations including fit and fashion wardrobing advice. Share current product knowledge, reference latest designs, and inform guests of current marketing programs and upcoming events to enhance their shopping experience. Actively participate in all store-related meetings, work towards exceeding sales and service performance goals, and inspire the team to achieve brand direction. Perform other duties as required to support the business, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, standing for up to 8 hours, and working varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Guest and Sales experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business
- Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
- Climbing ladders – occasionally
- Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
