Job Summary
Greet all guests with a friendly smile, select and help locate merchandise based on guest needs, and share current product knowledge including fit and fashion wardrobing advice. Set the course by referencing and sharing current product details to enhance the shopping experience while informing guests of marketing programs and upcoming events. Build the perfect oasis by emphasizing brand direction and seeking opportunities to inform guests of current promotions. Onboard your crew by actively participating in all store-related meetings and working towards exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management. Perform other duties as required to support the business.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Guest and Sales experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business
- Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
- Climbing ladders – occasionally
- Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
