Assist with daily sales in the Lilly Pulitzer retail store by building effective customer relationships, demonstrating strong product knowledge, and maintaining high store appearance standards. Deliver an optimistic, high-energy atmosphere consistent with the Resort Chic lifestyle while upholding company core values and delivering sales to support KPIs. Provide ideas to grow the business and maintain inventory integrity. This hourly, non-exempt role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak seasonal periods.
