Job Summary
Assist clientele and support operational and sales needs by understanding the Lilly Pulitzer brand concept, merchandise, and heritage. Demonstrate the selling culture and ensure client experience through exceptional service, product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening. Drive sales while developing and maintaining client relationships. Help maintain visual and operational standards and provide continuous feedback to store management on selling opportunities. Be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours in a fast-paced environment. This part-time, hourly, non-exempt role is based in-store and may require flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or client service experience in fashion is preferred.

Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred
- Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus
