Job Summary
Provide prompt, friendly service to customers, prepare fresh food and made-to-order items, and promote My Crosby's Rewards. Accurately process transactions, balance registers, and report cash discrepancies over $5.00. Monitor inventory, prevent loss, and notify management of suspicious activity or deliveries. Keep shelves stocked, ensure proper pricing, and maintain a clean, safe store environment including floors, restrooms, and fueling areas. Work scheduled shifts between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM with a $1.50 shift differential included in the advertised rate.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins
- Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification
- Ability to understand operating instructions for lottery, point of sale systems, and other equipment
- Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
