Job Summary
Provide prompt, friendly service to customers while preparing fresh food and made-to-order items according to company standards. Balance and report register activity, process transactions accurately, and handle cash discrepancies over $5.00. Maintain a clean, safe store environment by stocking shelves, cleaning floors and restrooms, and monitoring inventory to prevent loss. Work scheduled shifts between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM at a rate inclusive of a $1.50 shift differential. Ensure all items are properly priced, promote rewards programs, and escalate customer concerns to management as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification
- Ability to understand operating instructions for lottery, point of sale systems, and other equipment
- Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins
