Job Summary
Ensure an all-round successful customer experience by offering comprehensive, personal service and conveying the brand's value as a brand ambassador. Process daily closings, exchanges, and refunds precisely using the cash register system while maintaining composure in hectic situations. Present products in an inviting manner according to guidelines and, alongside colleagues, carry out general storage tasks and replenish the shop floor. Requires initial professional experience in high-quality retail with very good Spanish and English skills. Part-time role (20 hours) at the Outlet Las Rozas location.
